The design for this office space reimagines traditional work environments into a flexible setting, by fostering both collaborative meetings and independent work zones, ensuring the space is adaptable to the team’s diverse needs.
The challenge of working within a constrained budget while ensuring the quality was never compromised made us embrace a Hi-Lo design approach, where the overall space juxtaposes high-end details with more accessible materials. The base palette of muted tones provides a calming backdrop, while the bold colors bring energy and vibrancy into the space.
A standout feature is the town hall seating and the bench running along the glass facade, which frames breathtaking views of Nairobi’s skyline. The overall design is split into two wings with various zones including meeting rooms, manager rooms, private offices, breakout zones, a kitchen/pantry, and a workstation zone.
A bold red track runs through the space, visually connecting and guiding the clients and staff to these various zones. This thoughtful design element not only enhances navigation but also adds a striking visual element that ties the space together.
